Terms of service

These Terms of Service explain what we do, what we expect from clients, and what you can expect from us. Please read carefully. By using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

NexusFlow Media provides subscription website creation and management services. This includes website design, hosting configuration, periodic updates, and basic support as described in your chosen plan. Third party tools such as payment gateways or plugins may be used to deliver the service.

2. Client ownership and intellectual property

You own the content and resources you provide and upload to your site. This includes text, images, product listings, and other materials you submit.
NexusFlow Media retains ownership of our proprietary code, templates, systems, and any prebuilt design assets we supply as part of the platform. You receive a license to use those assets while your subscription is active and in good standing.
You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use any content you upload and that it does not infringe third party rights.

3. Subscription billing, grace period, and site suspension

Billing is monthly unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for keeping payment details up to date.
After the end of each billing month you have a seven day grace period to make the payment. During the grace period your site remains live.
If payment is not received within nine days after the billing month ends, we will blank the site until payment is made. To restore a blanked site you must pay the overdue monthly fee plus a restoration fee of 3,000 Naira. Restoration will occur after we confirm receipt of the full outstanding balance.
Repeated late payments may result in additional action, including suspension of service or required prepayment for future months.

4. Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not issue pro rata refunds for partial months .
If we terminate your account for violation of these terms, you are not entitled to a refund for that billing period.

5. Fraud, illegal activity, and safety

We do not allow websites used for fraud, scams, illegal goods or services, or activity that violates applicable law. If we reasonably suspect that your site is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity, we will suspend or take down the site immediately.
We may cooperate with law enforcement and provide account information when required by law.
You must not use the site to impersonate others, run phishing, distribute malware, or otherwise harm people or systems.

6. Backups and data retention

We perform routine backups as part of our maintenance process, but clients should maintain their own copies of important data.
When a site is blanked for nonpayment we retain backups for a reasonable period, but NexusFlow Media is not responsible for permanent loss of content if a client fails to pay or otherwise breaches these terms.

7. Third party services and integrations

We may connect your site to third party services such as payment gateways, analytics, or plugins. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies; you agree to comply with them.

We may change these Terms of Service or our pricing. When we make material changes we will notify active clients. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
